how do you drink a ” pillow”? i just dont get it?!!?
i was watching a video on youtube about being 33 weeks pregnant ( which i am 
) and i saw these comments:
my mother drank four pillows each day when she was pregnant with me and now i have down’s syndrome. this resulted from the pillows being composed of goose down…
can a baby born disform if you drink a pillow because your head hurt? I just want to know because i was like two weeks pregnat and now i don’t know if that can affect my baby… 
(I REALLY WORRIED…)
can anyone tell me what the hell they are going on about??? are they talking pills? i dont get it.

I have no idea what a “pillow” is….to me its the thingys on my bed. LOL….so i dont know the answer to this to help you out.
LOL yeah… obviously if they had down syndrome they might mistake “pills” for “pillows”. I have a friend who is autistic and sometimes we talk online and he spells things in the most odd forms imaginable and I have to ask him what he means.
Maybe this person thought that his mom said “pillows” instead of “pills” because I don’t know where else he would be under the impression that his mother was taking down pillows for her headaches.

i don’t know i wouldn’t take them seriously unless of course you actually “drank a pillow” – i don’t think that this is physically possible

That, I’m sorry to say, was someone’s idea of a joke. You can’t drink a pillow unless the word pillow refers to a drink. However since the punchline of the joke is that the baby was born with Downs Syndrome that lets you know that pillow means what you lay your head on to sleep. The Downs in Downs Syndrome in the joke is referecing the fact that pillows can be made with goose feathers which was also refered to as goose down. It was just someone’s sick idea of a joke and you shouldn’t be worried that your pillow will cause your baby to be born with a problem.
You’re talking about YouTube here for Christ’s sake…

made … simply because they’ve run out of anything
